Core Responsibilities Include
- Acts as a sales driver for the reagent and services portfolios by identifying, developing and implementing key growth initiatives to support corporate goals for both direct sales and/or distribution channels.
- Assists in responding to requests for proposals and drafting and execution of contracts.
- Visits customer accounts. Professionally and proactively communicates with external and internal customers.
- Takes a lead role in the implementation of sales strategies and tactics in support of sales objectives.
- Provides customer feedback and guidance for product development, based on market expectations and needs.
- Develops KOL relationships to potentiate the sales and marketing efforts.
- Assists in the development of sales plans, identify areas of concern and modify programs to address changes in the marketplace.
- Utilizes sales plan into tactical action deliverables, while supporting and exploring new ways of customer interaction.
- Independently attends trade shows to promote Invivoscribe products and services including booth setup, attendance, and organization of corporate workshops and symposiums.
- May support translation of documents into local language for regulatory or marketing purposes.
- Travel of 30% or more may be required for this position pursuant to business needs. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.
You Bring
- BS Degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics or related scientific field of study and, typically, 3+ years relevant experience in Molecular and/or Oncology Diagnostic sales, business development or field sales support. PhD is advantageous.
- Proven track record of demonstrating abilities in a broad range of areas including, but not limited to, sales, territory management, and customer analysis.
- Experience working with customers.
- Proficient in the use of HubSpot to document customer interactions.
- Experience with IVS developed software is advantageous.
- Spoken and written proficiency in English. Proficiency in local languages of assigned territory is beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software programs.
