Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Vision:
• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for women's health products, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Define the product vision, positioning, and unique selling proposition (USP) to differentiate our pipeline products.
2. Product Development:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new product features.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business objectives.
3. Stakeholder Management:
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and updates to internal stakeholders, including executives, sales, and customer support teams.
• Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry experts to gather insights and validate product concepts.
4. Customer Focus:
• Develop a deep understanding of our target customers, their pain points, and their needs.
• Make user personas and journey maps to guide product development and marketing strategies.
• Lead user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
5. Performance and Analytics:
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
• Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Prepare and present regular product performance reports to stakeholders.
6. Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure that products comply with all relevant regulations and standards, including Ninsho/Shonin approvals.
• Work closely with regulatory and quality assurance teams to maintain high safety and efficacy standards.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or product management, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or fem tech fem care products.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Customer Focus: Deep empathy for customers and a passion for improving women's health and well-being.
