Job Description: Global Mobility SpecialistImplement
the Mitsubishi Chemical Group-wide Global Mobility Policy to ensure fairness and consistency for all expatriates.

Responsibilities
- Providing advice on global mobility to global and regional HR managers, and supporting them in the smooth execution of processes related to global mobility policies, such as calculation methods, regional benefit regulations, secondment contracts
, taxes, insurance, etc. - We will investigate and analyze the treatment of expatriates in this industry and other global companies, and ensure that the Mitsubishi Chemical Group's global mobility support and treatment are consistent across the entire group and maintain external competitiveness.
- Support for transfer procedures for overseas full-time employees.
- Manage relevant vendor contracts and resolve vendor issues raised by each regional HR representative.
- Participate in
global HR projects as needed - Support for global compensation teams during peak times

Position: Global Mobility Specialist

■Main Purpose:
Implement the global mobility policy in all MCG companies to ensure fairness and consistency of approach for all expatriates.

■Responsibilities:
- Advise Regional HR members and answer their queries regarding the Global Mobility Policy such as calculation methodology, benefit rules in each area, Secondment Agreement, tax, and insurance.
- Support Regional HR members to take care of international permanent transfers.
- Research and analyze expatriate package practices both externally and within the Mitsubishi Chemical Group to ensure that the MCG package is competitive and aligned across the group.
- Manage vendor contracts and solve issues of vendors raised by Regional HR members.
- Participate in Global HR projects as required
- Support Global Compensation Team in the Department during peak periods

Eligibility

Prerequisites
/ Education: University graduate or graduate school graduate
, Occupation (years) / Experience: 3 years or more
of global mobility experience - Knowledge of
expatriate package (purchasing power compensation method) - Knowledge of taxation and immigration management for overseas assignees
・Language skills: Able to perform work in English and Japanese

proficient in data analysis tools, MS Excel, and HRIS (Human Resource Management System) functions- Ability
to influence stakeholders at various levels- Research and analysis skills

Essential condition
・academic background:Bachelor's or Master's degree

- Knowledge of expatriates’ package (Balance Sheet Approach)
- Knowledge of expatriates’ tax and immigration affairs
・language ability:Fluent in English and Japanese
