Job Description
・改善等 当社Excellenceのサイトリードとして活動。
・戦略目標に従って、チーム活動と改善プロジェクトを調整し、発生するロスの排除。
・複数年のCost to Win (CTW)ポートフォリオを生成・維持し、ガバナンスプロセスを支援。
・当社 Excellenceの概念と体系的アプローチの伝搬。
・安全性、品質、信頼性の基本を確立するために能力を育成。
・データ駆動の視覚管理技術を使用してKPIの改善を推進。
・改善のガバナンスとアクショントラッキングに積極的に関与。
・信頼性向上、保全最適化、および資産更新計画を通じて、Facility/Utilityインフラの維持管理および継続的改善を推進。
